We gladly accept returns and process refunds in regards to flat items sent out. Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery and the items must be sent with 21 days of the delivery.
Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of the desired delivery date.
The following items cannot be returned:
Because of the nature of the product, unless these items arrive damaged, we cannot accept refunds or returns
  • Custom or personalised balloons
  • Personalised hampers

Damaged items:
Unfortunately if your order does arrive damaged, please send an email to info@dhanisballoonbar.co.uk alongside your number, and an image of the damaged item. We will review your email and give you a call to discuss what to do. If replacement is within the time frame we can try ship one out for you otherwise issue a full refund.
Replacements are not guaranteed unless approved by our team.
Conditions of a return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
